Ember & Shore was founded by two property professionals with a shared vision but different landscapes. Whether it’s a coastal retreat in the South West or a vibrant city apartment in Manchester, we apply the same rigorous standards of care and performance. This also meant that we could combined our strengths.

Financials & Revenue

How much will my property earn? We don't believe in "guaranteed" figures that aren't backed by reality. Instead, we provide a conservative estimate of £X–£Y per month based on local market data. Our goal is always to under-promise and over-deliver on your actual returns.

What happens during quiet months? Seasonality is a natural part of short-term letting. During quieter periods, we use dynamic pricing and adjust minimum stay requirements to maintain occupancy. While there are no fixed guarantees, our strategy is built to maximize your annual (rather than just monthly) yield.

How do you get paid? Our interests are perfectly aligned with yours. We charge a flat percentage of the booking revenue; quite simply, we only do well when your property does well.
Operations & Maintenance

Who covers cleaning and maintenance costs? As the property is your asset, these are considered operational costs. Typically, these are deducted directly from the booking revenue so the process remains hands-off for you. We coordinate all logistics, from professional changeovers to minor repairs.

What if something goes wrong with a guest? We are your first line of defense. We handle 24/7 guest communication and day-to-day troubleshooting. In the rare event of a serious issue, we keep you fully informed and manage the resolution process on your behalf.
